The passion behind the business
JANE | Director
Jane has lived in Queenstown since 1999, and started Addstaff with Kim in the same year. Prior to this she worked as an Employee Experience Officer for Whistler/Blackcomb in Canada and for agencies in London and Australia and completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Brisbane, Australia. Jane is also qualified to deliver psychometric assessments and her specific Queenstown recruitment experience can help with all your employment and staffing needs.
KATE | Consultant
Living in Queenstown since 2011, via South Africa, UK and Australia, Kate has a degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town, an extensive background in Hospitality Management and ESOL Teaching before she joined Addstaff in 2016. This work experience has given her great insight into the jobs we fill and helps her deliver a recruitment service that matches the needs of both clients and candidates perfectly.
KIM | Director
Arriving in 1994, Kim had worked for employment agencies in Australia and London as well as hospitality and tourism roles in Queenstown before starting Addstaff with Jane in 1999. In addition to delivering quality recruitment services for the last 18 years in Queenstown, Kim has also trained as a psychometric assessor. Her wealth of knowledge in the Queenstown employment sector provides clients and candidates with valuable industry experience.
EMMA | Consultant
A real life Kiwi in the office, Emma is the latest addition to the team. Originally from Southland, Emma has been living in Queenstown since 2009. After completing her degree in English and History at Otago University, she then moved into a Marketing and Administration role before joining Addstaff in 2016. Emma’s local connections and organisational skills means she is able to provide meaningful recruitment solutions to the market.
