Temporary Staff
What is Temporary Staffing?
Temporary Staffing provides your business with a flexible workforce that is matched to your needs. We provide staff when you need them, for short or long periods of time, and we can do it INSTANTLY. It's an easy, effective and efficient way of resolving your staffing shortages.

We can provide staff for you, at short notice, for every occasion:

What Does Addstaff do?
At Addstaff we take responsibility for all those time consuming details:
•Employment contracts
•ACC (Accident Compensation Claims) Insurance
•Signing on employees
•Collecting IRD numbers
•Collecting weekly timesheets and hours
•Paying wages and holiday pay
•Interviewing & reference checking candidates
•Checking work visas
•Coordinating staff and start times
What do you have to do?
Not much really (and that's why it's so great!):
•Provide a minimum of four (4) hours per shift
•Payment of your weekly invoice from us

What is a Permanent Staffing Service?
Our Permanent Staffing service provides your business with an efficient, cost effective and hassle free recruitment process - because at Addstaff we understand that you have better things to do than constantly look for staff - so we do it for you.
Why would I use Addstaff to recruit permanent staff ?
With Addstaff doing all the work it leaves you with more time to get on with other things. We take the time and effort out of the recruitment process for you.
What Does Addstaff do?
At Addstaff we can provide a service which involves:
•Checking our database for suitable staff members
•Advertising positions for you in local papers
•Screening and short listing all interested applicants
•Interviewing short listed applicants to assess suitability for your position
•Reference checking each suitable applicant
•Send you CV's of top applicants for your position
•Organise suitable interview times with yourself and any candidates you are interested in
•Follow up all interviews, eg. letting candidates know who was successful/unsuccessful
•Provide a one month guarantee for each staff member placed with your company
What do you have to do?
•Provide Addstaff with details of the position you have available
•Interview top candidates and select the perfect person for your position
Temporary to Permanent Work Placements
It is possible to trial candidates using our temporary staff and then convert them to a permanent position.
Our Temporary to Permanent Rates are one off fees only and all candidates are placed with a one (1) month guarantee.
